Contact information for stores
Each store on Hyena Cart is individually owned and operated. So, if you have question about a product listing, or would like to follow-up on an order, please use the Contact Seller link that is shown at the top of every store (the envelope icon). Also note, that if you were logged into a Hyena Cart shopping account when you purchased an item, the order should show on your Purchase History page.
If you have you have not received an item you ordered, and are unable to contact the seller, please wait a reasonable amount of time (at least 2-3 days) and then take two steps:
- Leave objective, honest feedback for the seller via the feedback link on your purchase history page
- Dispute the charge with Paypal to recover your funds
