Payment

All items must be paid for immediately upon purchase. Items not paid for promptly will be restocked. For my security and yours, I accept payment only through Paypal.


Shipping

You will pay shipping at checkout, although international shipping will be billed separately. I will always try to ship within 2 business days of purchase. If there will be a shipping delay I will notify you by e-mail. All items are shipped from my smoke and pet free home. Delivery Confirmation is included in your shipping price, although insurance is not. You may choose to purchase insurance separately. If you choose not to purchase insurance, I cannot be held responsible for your package once it leaves my hands.


Returns

Returns are considered within 5 days of receipt of an item on a case by case basis. In order to return an item it must be unwashed, unworn and in saleable condition. Shipping is refunded only on defective items. Please read the measurements closely and measure your child carefully. Please e-mail me if you have any problems, and I will do everything possible to make your experience with me a positive one.


Hand Dyed Goods

Just a quick reminder about hand dyed goods. Dying is an adventure that is never quite the same twice. Different fabrics take dye differently (especially different types of wool). So take comfort in knowing that each item is truly unique, but please don't be surprised if your wool covers have slight variations in shade and depth. This is what makes them so beautiful


While I am not a professional seamstress, I do work hard to make items that are not only functional but look good too. Occasionally there may be minor imperfections, but these imperfections do not compromise quality or detract from the overall aesthetic appearance of the item. I won't sell something I would not be happy buying, so shop with confidence!
