*Payments*

At this time we can only accept Pay Pal, both funded and credit card. Payments must be received within 48 hrs of purchase or item will be restocked. In stock items will be shipped within 3 business days and will be shipped to the address provided by Pay Pal unless otherwise notified. Please allow 2-4 weeks for custom orders, we will continue to communicate and let you know progress during the knitting.

*Returns*

We will accept returns on unworn, unwashed and unharmed in stock items (tried on is okay), customer pays return shipping. Please contact us within 48hrs of receiving item to make arrangements for return. Refund will be issued once item is received by us. Please measure your child carefully to ensure you are ordering the correct size, we will list all at-rest measurements. Returns on custom items will be on a case by case basis only, custom deposit is non-refundable, no exceptions.

*Custom Work*

We post the yarn you choose the size, waistband and cuff option. There is a $20 non-refundable deposit on all custom work ($10 towards purchase, $10 custom fee). 50% of remaining balance is due before knitting starts and the other 50% due before item is shipped. No changes can be made once the knitting starts. If you are interested in a custom color that isn't listed, let us know and we'll do our best to find it or create it.

*Extras*

All items will arrive to you freshly washed and lanolized, complete with a care card and wrapped in tissue. If you would prefer we not lanolize, please let us know when you order.
