Shipping/Returns Package insurance is highly recommended, however not required. I am not liable for packages that leave my hands without insurance. If you want to purchase insurance, please click on the heading 'package insurance' to add to your order. Returns will be accepted on new, unwashed/unworn merchandise and only in the case of defective items - ie, broken snaps. Please contact me for a return authorization at madewithloveforbaby@yahoo.com. The purchaser will be required to ship the item(s) to me, and I will pay return shipping once the item is repaired. If I cannot repair the item, I will either refund for the original purchase price or make a new item. This is at my discretion. There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.
