All Spotz Diapers products are hand-crafted with great attention to detail. However all hand-made products have the possibility for minor flaws and human error. I guarantee my work for 30 days after delivery of the product and will be happy to repair any flaws you may find if possible. Product must be returned in new condition (along with any spare yarn that may have been returned if using your yarn.) Please be aware that wool is a natural fiber and as such is subject to breakdown, or "felting" which may prevent any further work or repair from being made. If the item has been felted, it will be impossible to repair it and it will be promptly returned back to you.
