Aloha! We are back from our trip to Hawaii! The kids and I had a great time while poor DH had to slave away on his business trip. Now I need to start selling like hotcakes to make up for all of the expenses from our trip! LOL

I am Alison, the sewing mama of AhMay Designs. AhMay means "mother" in burmese. My husband is from Burma, and we are using this name to celebrate our burmese culture and motherhood. I go by "warneral" and "Alison" on various message boards. I am blessed with two children who keep me very busy. I've been sewing for them for several years, making diapers, wool covers, and 85% of their wardrobe. I've also been collecting a monstrous fabric collection. Before I got pregnant with my youngest, I had a little wetbag biz and I was about to start a wool cover business. I drafted the patterns, collected the wool, made testers and then I got pregnant. I had just about enough energy to keep my son and I happy but that was all so my business ideas went to the back burner. I am ready to start making my quality items for sale at this time :D I sew quality items using high quality fabrics and high quality equipment. I love to work with colors and patterns and come up with unique and fashionable goods for young children. Often my products will feature an asian flare in the spirit of AhMay
