Your order will ship after the funds have cleared our bank. International orders will be shipped to you via the most economical method available. We will invoice you for the difference between domestic shipping rates and the exact cost of shipping your order. We do not charge handling fees or mark up shipping. We strive to ship within 3-5 business days after your order has been made and funds have cleared. If for any reason we are unable to ship within one week, we will communicate the delay with you and give you a firm shipping date. All shipping costs include delivery confirmation within the United States. If you would like insurance on your purchase, please contact us for pricing and instructions. Insurance is purchased through the USPS. Simply Clean is made out of our home, and we take great pride in producing a quality product for our customers.
