Items not paid for within 48 hours will be relisted.
Shipment of items in stock will usually be within 72 hours of cleared payment, if not sooner.
Returns are considered on a case by case basis. Generally, refunds can be given for unused, unwashed, and otherwise unharmed items within 5 days of reciept of item with a realistic reason for return. I strive for excellent customer service, so please contact me if you have a concern and I will work with you to find a solution.
While I am not a professional seamstress, I do work hard to make a diaper that is not only functional but looks good too. There may be some minor imperfections, but these imperfections do not compromise quality or detract from the overall aesthetic appearance of the diaper. I won't sell something I would not be happy buying, so shop with confidence!
