Payment
We accept PAYPAL only.
Payment is expected within 24 hours. If this does not work for you, please contact us to make arrangements. After one attempt to contact you, and 48 hours, we will cancel all unpaid sales.
Echecks may be used, we will not ship until the payment clears.
Shipping
We ship from CANADA.
At this time, please allow 5 business days for your order to be printed and sent out, we are happy to expedite things, if needed (and most orders *will* be quicker than this!)
Small & Light Packets generally take 7 - 10 business days in transit, but may take considerably longer depending on season and the vagaries of the postal system.
Faster options are available, at your request and expense.
We happily combine shipping, just request a revised invoice after purchase.
International customers, please inquire

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are concerned with the quality or workmanship of an item contact us immediately.
New items must be shipped back to us within five days (in the mail in that time) of receiving the item.
Refunds will be made through Paypal once the item arrives back to us in the same condition it went out.
Down the road, if you have issue with an item, contact us to discuss your concerns.
We do our best to describe items thoroughly, including the size, colour and measurements. We do not refund for size or colour issues. In some cases exchanges can be made.
Ask about sizing, colour and for more pictures if you are uncertain about an item before purchase.
All of our cotton clothing for kids is 'preshrunk' by the manufacturer, but do allow for growth room!
