In-stock Diapers: Any unwashed, unworn diaper that was purchased as an in-stock diaper may be returned for a full refund of the diaper price, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to me. Custom Diapers: I make every effort to ensure that the diaper you order matches the requirements you have requested. Custom diapers can be returned in unwashed, unused condition if the design is general enough that I can list it in the in-stock section of my store. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to me. Diapers that have custom names or monograms cannot be returned. Defective Diapers: If there is a problem with the materials or workmanship in the first 30 days of owning a RosyBunz diaper, I will repair it at no charge. This includes, but is not limited to elastic and snap malfunctions or stitching defects. After 30 days I will repair diapers that can be repaired for a $5 fee. You will be responsible for shipping to me for any repairs. I will pay the cost of return postage to you. I cannot repair holes that have appeared due to extended use.
