Returns Returns and refunds will not be issued for buyers remorse. Returns and refunds will not be issued if the diaper has already been prepped. UNLESS there is a production/design flaw made apparent after prepping. Returns and refunds will be accepted for the following defects: Broken snaps Snapped elastics Privacy Your information, orders, and payment information are 100% secure. None of your information is ever sold or made public. Bidding When bidding during an auction, please do not bid if you can't pay within 24 hours of an auction ending. Serious bidders only! Pricing Prices are non negotiable. All items are crafted in my home office by me. Prices are determined with a formula that takes into account the cost of materials and my valuable time. Please be assured that I keep my prices matched to the quality of my products. Paying for your items Please do not add items to your cart and checkout if you have no intention of paying. This makes it hard for other people who are trying to purchase items. Custom Orders There are NO returns on custom orders unless there is a product defect and it hasn't been worn. You may not return a custom item because you 'don't like it' or the fit isn't what you expected. Please rest assured that I will take every measure possible to ensure a perfect, custom fit for your specially ordered item. I stand by every piece of clothing and every diaper that comes out of my shop. :)
