My footwear are handmade in the USA from 100% densely felted wool sweaters and leather apparel. My goal is to create wool apparel and accessories that will feel soft, comfortable, breathable, durable, versatile and fun for the family. ****************************************************************** MEASUREMENT INSTRUCTION & SIZE CHART Babies, toddlers, kids & youth: Trace foot on a piece of paper with 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) allowance for flexibility, comfort and growing room. SHIPPING Items bought in the USA, will be shipped within 2-3 business days. They will be shipped via USPS first class or priority mail. International items will be shipped via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. Please expect your order to arrive within 2-3 weeks. International customers are responsible for custom charges. Please take advantage of purchasing insurance for your items. In the event they become missing during USPS transit, having insurance will allow you to file a claim with the USPS to recover your funds. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES I want new and existing customers to have the utmost satisfaction with their purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. If I happen to make a mistake with your order, you will receive a replacement including shipping cost. Please contact me to receive a return shipping label. Items returned after the 30 days time frame will incur a restocking fee. Footwear should be in the original condition. Custom Order Refund Policy There will be no returns on custom orders, unless defective. Please make sure you are comfortable with your purchase and take accurate measurements before placing your order. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Soft wool shoes should be hand or machine wash cold on the gentle cycle and hang to dry. CUSTOM ORDERS: I do accept custom orders on all of my products. If you are interested in a specific size and color schemes that are not available for sale, please inform me about your request. I will do my best to satisfy your needs. There will be a 15% upfront payment to reserve your order. Also, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee on cancelled items.
