Policies: All products are CSPIA compliant. 90% of materials used are natural materials. Some unnatural materials such as elastic are on the inside of the diaper do not come in contact with the baby. Unnatural materials that may come into contact with the baby, such as PUL and snaps, have been tested. If you wish to see these results please contact me and I will send you a copy. Starting August 2011: Store information, washing instructions, and date sewn can be viewed on the tag of the diaper. Orders from Canada must choose Canadian shipping. For all other international shipping you may choose either shippings. Once your order is completed and weighed, you will receive a paypal invoice for the remaining shipping. Order will not ship till shipping is paid. All Premade items will ship within 2 business days of purchase. When you buy 5 diapers you get a free 6th diaper. Congo orders from Bear Monkey Bottoms will be included into this. Not all 5 have to be bought on the same order. If you place orders over time(either on he main store or here) and get 5 diapers you can still receive the free one. You just have to mention the previous orders in the comments when purchasing. The free diaper is chosen at random. You can request during check out for it to be boy/girl/or neutral. If nothing is requested a neutral one will be chosen automatically. There is a 3 day return policy for in stock NEW and UNWASHED items. Please review the item, if there is a problem/defect please contact me immediately. I will work with you to get it fixed. If you purchase insurance and your item arrives damaged, please retain all packing and pieces. I will work quickly with you and the USPS to get your refund. Please make sure to double check your order. I am not be responsible for refunds or exchanges if the wrong items is ordered. Please also double check your shipping address in your paypal account. That is the shipping address I will use unless contacted otherwise. If items are shipped to the wrong address because of this reason, than no refunds or remakes will be given. I am also not responsible for pilling of flannel or fleece. When purchasing please keep in mind flannel WILL pill after a few washes. Antipill fleece is used for the inners but many pill slightly after some time. Environmental: We are a 100% smoke free/pet free home Sizing: Mini Monkey Bottoms fit approximately 5-11 lbs and comes equipped with an umbilical cord snap. OS Diapers fit approximately 8-35 lbs. Please keep in mind diapers fit every baby/toddler differently. These diapers have approximately a 19 inch rise, 7.5 inch middle, 16inch waist on the smallest setting, and 23 inch on the largest setting. Cross over tabs can be added for smaller waists. Product Care: Diaper Washing Instructions: Wash on hot with a cloth diaper safe detergent. Then add an additional rinse cycle. (This is a recommended washing routing, but feel free to adjust your routine to whatever works for you) If you wash your diaper for the first time, dry on hot for 10-15min to seal any sewing holes in the PUL. After that, dry on low/medium heat or hang dry. No bleach or fabric softener! To remove stains, let your diaper dry in the sunlight. In case your diapers start repelling or orders, add a drop of blue original dawn to the wash and rinse until no suds are left. Tutu washing instructions: Hand wash only with mild soap, and hand dry. Do NOT put into dryer. Fleece Longies & Shorties. Wash with normal laundry, Fabric softener ok, NO bleach
