Items will ship within three business days of received payment, unless modifications have been requested (i.e. a different type clasp be used, necklaces be shorted/made longer). Custom times depend on what you are looking for. If I have to special order a charm or beads for jewelry, it will depend on how long that item takes to arrive. I strive to get customs out within 14 days if I have all items in hand and 21 days if I have to special order. Please contact me if you have any questions!
