If you order a multitude of items, I will credit you back anything above and beyond normal shipping costs. The Dolly Trunk will not be responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen mail. Payment: If the garments don't fit your doll properly, or if you're otherwise dissatisfied with them, I will be happy to refund the purchase price, minus a 5% restocking fee. The item must be returned in new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Please send me a message so that I know to whom I should send the credit. Shipping will not be refunded. *All items are created and stored in a pet free, smoke free environment.
