I offer a full replacement (minus shipping) within 7 days of receiving the item based on faulty craftsmanship. If it's my fault that something isn't perfect for you, I will be happy to refund or replace it. I do not, however, accept responsibility for USPS mishandling. If you want insurance, please let me know. If you are purchasing a custom slot, please understand that the $10 deposit is non-refundable, and is meant to hold your place on my customs list. It will not put you any closer to the top of the list, so please make sure to check the length of the list before purchase. This way, you will know how many people are ahead of you before you pay the non-refundable deposit. The $10 will be subtracted from your final total.<\p>
