At this time I prefer to ship to the United States and Canada only unless you contact me ahead of time for shipping quote. When shipping to Canada please select priority shipping. All premade items will ship within 3 business days or purchase/payment, and all custom items (granted I have the fabrics you choose in stock) will ship within 7 days of final decisions- tulle colors, fabrics to use etc. I will only except returns with refund if you recieve the product purchased with a defect I did not disclose in the listing, and within 7 days of purchase. I cannot take responisibilty for the handling of USPS. Customs are available, but may take 2-6 weeks depending on my list at the present time.
