Shipping:
All items are shipped to the address on the Paypal payment, so please double check your address prior to purchasing! All items will be shipped within 3 days of receiving cleared payment, unless your order includes a custom slot or otherwise specified in the item description. If you pay by E-check the item will NOT ship until the check has cleared. All items will have tracking numbers if available. Priority shipping are available upon request. International customers please select international shipping!

Refunds and Returns:
Under most circumstances our diapers are non-refundable due to health concerns as the item cannot be resold once worn. If there is a problem/defect with your diaper, please send an email to swaddlebugdiapers@yahoo.com and depending on the nature of the defect I will happily repair or replace the item (just pay to ship the diaper back to us, and I will repair and ship back at no charge).

Custom turn-around:
Custom orders require a 2 (2) week turn-around to complete and ship. I will keep you up-to-date on the progress of your order via email. Custom orders of 4 or more diapers may require a little more time to complete -- but you will be notified!
