Shipping
All products are made from scratch and have to be created some are pre made but most are not for that I must create the product and that can take anywhere from 5-7 days depending upon the amount of orders pending..

In most cases once payment has cleared the order should ship withing 48 hours depending on the order day.
If you order on any of my mail days it won't go out until the following shipping day provided the payment has cleared..
I currently ship USPS only - I try and ship the most inexpensive route possible.
My shippiing runs like this - (standard shipping):
1 Diaper - $3
2-4 Diapers - $7
5+ Diapers $10

My shipping days are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday for completed and paid for items!
I will ONLY ship to the address listed on your PayPal payment, so please double check you information before submitting payment.
I will not be responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.


Returns/Refunds*
Under most circumstances the diapers are non refundable**,however, this is my firm belief and policy I believe in my work and my product I honor to replace or repair any defects in workmanship up to 30 days.
The item is returned to me at your expense to be inspected if it is a workmanship error I will repair the item
(this does not cover user error - like pets, washing, or any other non workmanship error).
If the item is beyond repair I will replace the item.
Again this is only a 30 day warranty, you must contact me, and at your expense send me the item to be inspected,
if it is determined that is your error I will return the item to you in the condition that it came to me in.
If your item does not fall under this policy and is after the allotted time I am sorry but I cannot offer you a return or refund..
Please be sure that you read and understand this policy before buying.
I have all recorded dates or purchase and mail dates if you are unsure of your time line please contact me.

Customs
For all custom listing please read all the fine print in the listing.
Diapers or items being ordered are a non refundable*** item and do require a deposit to ensure that intend to purchase the item when it is finished.
When placing a order all fabric choices, inner choices, closure choices need to be noted
if there is a fabric I do not carry I do my best to try and get that fabric if you would also like a print pattern in a certain place to something to be featured in a certain place please note this as well..
Prices for customs do vary the best way to determine if a item can be done is to contact me with the information above and to discuss price.
Customs do take more time and energy - please allow 1-2 weeks unless a "rush" time frame is needed.


*All items being sent to be inspected must be in clean condition due to health reasons
**Diapers that are used cannot be resold due to health reasons
***Customs are non refundable, however if there is a workmanship error I will honor my 30 day policy for repair or replacement of the item(s) (see return policy for more information)
