Returns and exchanges are not allowed unless there is a mistake on my part. I do my best to make sure the colors are represented accurately in my listings, but every screen monitor differs. Please note that some items I sell are not intended for small children and rough play. I will note when an item is safe for young children, but items like dragons and some other animals have sewn on eyes and so are not safe for toddlers and babies. Please make sure and supervise your children with these animals. Many animals have jointed limbs and may not be as durable as sewn limbs. You know what your child is capable of so please make sure they are old enough to play gently with such items. If shipping is less than what I've charged I do refund the difference. Please make sure your paypal address is correct, I cannot change the address once you've paid as this does not protect me as a seller.
