Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We will NEVER disclose any information you provide us with to any third party.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Your products will be prepared once we received your order. It is as fresh as it gets. Please allow 2-3 calendar days for us to make it for you. We will send an e-mail notice letting you know your order has been shipped to the e-mail address you provided us with.

Are your products really fresh?

Absolutely! We guarantee fresh products, and will prepare your products only when we receive your order. That being said, for best results use our products within three (3) months from the date of purchase. You're receiving freshly crafted products, what's the point in buying fresh products if you're not using them within three months? :)

What is your return policy?

Since we cannot sell skin care products (and this includes the lip balms) that were opened, we can only accept unopened bottles/jars/tins. If you didn't open your products and for whatever reason do not want them, please e-mail us so we can provide you with the address you need to ship the unopened and undamaged merchandise to. Upon receipt and reviewing to ensure the merchandise met the return requirements, we will gladly refund your money back minus s&h. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

Most of our products are sold with FREE SHIPPING within the 50 States of the USA. For shipments to Canada, We charge a flat rate of $20.00 (USD). For international shipping to any other country, please contact us for an exact S&H price quote.
