Payment

Payment is excepted within 2 hours of purchase unless other arrangements are made prior to purchase. Unpaid items will be relished.

We except all forms of paypal.

Orders may be canceled at any point until a shipping label is printed. After that you may return item for a refund minus shipping if it's unused and unwashed.

Shipping

We do combine shipping and all shipments will be insured and have signature confirmation, where available.

We ship priority or 1st class with signature confirmation and insurance (if over $25 purchase). Or sent by FedEx/UPS at our digression.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you need or want to return your items we are happy to do so. If it's due to an error on our part, we will pay return shipping and refund or store credit (your choice) the full amount paid, within 30 days of receiving item. If we did not error, but you have personal reasons for returning your unused unwashed item within 30 days, that's fine. Buyer pays return shipping and we will refund minus shipping fees. After 30 days we are happy to do repair only and buyer pays all shipping fees. Hope to work with you soon.
