Because of how I work, sometimes my custom items can take up to 4 weeks to complete. I will do my very best to keep you informed and ensure that the end product is exactly what you had in mind for looks and fit. I strive to make garments you will be proud to wear and have your children wear. Returns for serious workmanship flaws (should they ever occur) are allowed within 30days. I will work with you to make things right but as a WAHM I unfortunately cannot accept returns because someone changed their mind or didn't care for the color... I hope you understand. No exchanges or returns on custom items. Shipping policies: In-stock items ship out within 48hrs. Very rarely, for international items, this might take slightly longer. International customers are warmly welcomed. Please select "priority" shipping at check out. For Canadian customers this is usually enough. For other International shipping, I will check at the post office and invoice you for the remainder, always using actual shipping cost.
