Payment:

Payments accepted is Paypal only! If you would like to pay by another means please contact me BEFORE you purchase an item.

If items are lost, stolen, or never arrive after mailing, and you chose not to purchase the optional USPS insurance, I cannot be held liable.

I will ship with delivery confirmation on every order possible. If choosing to pay with check or Money Order, items will shipped as soon as payment has been received and cleared through my bank account. I ship items out within 48 hours of payment clearing, with the exception of Sundays and holidays which require the Post Office to be closed.

I do not refund shipping costs as this is not money I keep, it is paid directly to the PO. However if your shipping total ends up being $1 or more less than what I quoted you, I will let you know and refund the difference!

Returns:

I will accept returns and exchanges for UNUSED, UNWASHED items that are shipped back to me (at your expense with delivery confirmation please) within 30 days of me shipping it to you. You need to contact me first to authorize the return or I may not accept it. I will refund you what you paid for the item minus the shipping cost you paid to me.

Exchanges / Replacements:

I do my best to ensure there are no problems with my sewing before I list the item for sale. If you do get something and there is problem with it, please contact me! I will do my best to replace or fix the item for you! If the item can be fixed I will pay for shipping to return it to me and to send it back to you again, once repaired.

For items being replaced, I will either ask you to return it at my expense or I will let you know that I do not need it returned at all before sending your replacement. In some cases I may simply ask that you send the picture of the affected area, so that I can better judge if repairing or replacing is needed.

International Shipping:

International shipping is based on shipping to CANADA using First Class Shipping unless otherwise noted.

If you are an international customer and do not reside in Canada, please contact me for a shipping quote before bidding. I will invoice you for the difference in shipping costs to your country. Please also contact me for a quote if you would like international priority shipping, as I would need to adjust the invoice for that as well.

Samples

One of the samples I occasionally include is a wonderful scented detergent. If you have a sensitivity to scents, please let me know so that I can ensure a different sample is sent to you!
