REFUNDS/RETURNS
Please ask all questions before your purchase, to avoid any misunderstandings. I'm always happy to answer. If you are unhappy about your order, please do not hesitate to contact me!
At this time, returns/refunds will not be accepted unless there is a defect in the workmanship or a misrepresentation in the listing. These items must be returned within 2 weeks, in original condition. Shipping charges are fully refunded if the error is mine. All refunds will be processed when I receive the item.
PAYMENTS
Paypal (all methods) is my preferred method of payment, I will also accept RME. Please cart items and email me prior to clicking the pay with RME button . Please be sure your address is current in your Paypal account. Please also put mailing address in message box with RME.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom items require a %50 deposit which will be taken off of total. If payment is not received when completed, deposit will be kept as a result of non-payment.
LOTTERIES/AUCTIONS
From time to time, I will run a lottery or auction. I expect contact within 24 hours of lottery/auction end to complete the transaction.

We handcraft and sell soap and do not prescribe nor endorse the use of our soap for anything other than the cleansing of the body. Beware of miracle cures and uses for soap and it's ingredients by those who do. It is prescribing to do so. The use of our soap is not intended to replace the recommendations of your healthcare practitioner.
Our soap is formulated to be extremely mild but some individuals may have adverse reactions to certain plant materials or other natural products.
If irritation should occur, discontinue use. Our soap is for external use only and to be used with total discretion and sole responsibility.
The coloration of our soap may vary from batch to batch due to the use of natural herbs and spices which enhance their uniqueness.
