Damages
If at any time an item you have purchased from The Jewelry Box breaks due to manufacturer error, The Jewelry Box will gladly repair the item for you at no charge. This includes but it is not limited to ; damage during shipping, broken clasp, or broken wire. Simply contact The Jewelry Box at the email at the bottom of the page and a self addressed stamped envelope will be sent to you for you to ship the item back for repairs.
Shipping
All items are shipped USPS in padded envelopes to ensure no damage occurs during shipping. Under normal circumstances the item should arrive in around 3 to 5 business days. The only time an item would take longer would be for holidays when the post office is closed or during Christmas when the post office is running slow due to the amount of mail being sent. International shipping to Canada is now available as well as First Class shipping.
Ordering Products
The Jewelry Box does not duplicate any item, thus making each piece truely unique.
If at anytime you see a product that you would love but its already been sold I may be able to recreate an item similar but in a different color or style.
When there is an over sell on an item, refunds are available but I will try and make something that is truely unique and similar to the product that you originally purchased.
Privacy
My customer's privacy is my number one priority. At no time will your information ever be given out or accessible to anyone but myself.
