Hours of service - As a WAHM, my design time revolves around nap and bedtime, and my 'business days' are Monday-Friday. Which means I am available via email Monday-Friday...if you contact me over the weekend, I'll get back to you as soon as possible when the work week begins again. Communication is a key part of this design experience, but please understand that the weekends are for family =). Turn-around time - This can be anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on the amount of revisions and intricacy of the design. I'll let you know up front when exactly I'll begin on your project if I have others I'm finishing up, and keep you updated on our progress as we go.
