When purchasing a custom slot, please understand that this is a non-refundable supplies fee. I use this money to order your custom yarn with. I name my custom slots by month. So, for example, if you purchase a November slot, that means that your yarn will be ordered on or around the first of November and your woolies will be knit and shipped in 4-6 weeks from that time. This allows time for me to order my yarns at one time to save on shipping which keeps your costs lower. Thank you for your understanding. I will ship your in-stock purchase within 3 days of a cleared payment. Usually, it will be next day shipping, but I am a mom, and sometimes the unexpected arises. I offer and recommend the purchase of postal insurance. If you are a Fed Ex account holder, I will gladly ship Fed Ex for you. I will ship internationally; please contact me prior to purchase for a quote. Because reducing my carbon footprint is important to me, I will use recycled polymailers in good used condition. :) I encourage stalking! Please make it simple for me though.
