I love to knit and hope you will be happy with the items I knit for you. I will always put measurements in the listings so you can check sizing for yourself to make sure it suits your needs.

If you are unhappy with an item, please let me know. I hope we will be able to come to an amicable solution.

Returns

You may return any non-custom, unwashed, unworn item within 7 days of purchase for any reason. I will either exchange it for a similar item, issue a store credit, or give you a refund. Custom orders are not returnable.

Tweetle Beetle is not responsible for return shipping or outgoing shipping on returned or exchanged items.

If you would like to return an item please contact me at tweetlejen@gmail.com for a return authorization.

Care Instructions

Please wash baby items per the instructions in your individual store page. Cotton items can be washed on cold and most can be dried in the dryer or air dried where indicated. Wool items should only be handwashed and laid flat to air dry.

Custom knitting

I am happy to consider custom knitting requests. However, please consider that I am a mom with two young children and my time is limited. I may not always be able to grant custom requests.
