My #1 policy is to make my customers happy. I will do what is in my power to live up to that. Due to the nature of bath & body products, no returns will be excepted. Most of my products are made to order, so please allow 3-4 days production time. Now to the not so fun nitty gritty of shipping: I am not responsible for items damaged or lost in the mail. If you would like protection against lost/damaged items, please consider buying insurance on your items. It is offered thru USPS and it's fairly cheap. I will always ship to my US customers with a tracking number. For my Canadian and other International customers, the same rules apply except there will be no tracking unless you purchace priority shipping. I can supply you with the custom form #.
