Payments

Payments are accepted through Paypal.

Payments are due on the same day as purchase.

Items not paid for within 24 hours with no contact from buyer will be relisted.

Cancellations

You may cancel your instock store purchase at any time before the item has been shipped.

Cancellations of custom orders are subject to a non refundable deposit UNLESS cancellation is done within 48 hours of purchase.

Shipping

Instock items typically ship within three business days of payment. Custom order ship times vary. Please contact us for approximate custom order turn around time.

All packages ship with USPS delivery confirmation.

Returns

Unwashed and unworn instock purchases may be returned for a refund minus shipping within 15 days. Shipping will only be refunded if product is found to be defective.

Flawed items may be returned within 30 days and will either be repaired or replaced at my discretion. Please contact me ahead of time with problems before shipping products back.

There are no refunds on custom orders, however they may be returned for store credit.

All sales are final on factory seconds.
