PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase or item maybe re-listed. If this is not possible, please contact me immediately upon purchase so that we may negotiate an alternate payment time frame. If payment is not received within the agreed upon time frame, the item will be re-listed. I accept PayPal instant transfer and credit card payments. If you would like to pay via eCheck, please contact me prior to purchase.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
I ship anywhere in the continental United States. Most in-stock items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail within 48 hours of payment. Custom items will be shipped according to the time frame listed in the item’s description.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
Shipping, for most items, is $5.00 for the first item and $2 for each additional item. Headbands, jewelry and other small, light items are generally shipped free via USPS First Class Mail. Priority Mail is available for these items at an additional charge.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Please keep in mind that the items I offer are often one-of-a-kind, single-sized items. As such, returns or exchanges due to sizing are not possible. All relevant measurements will be listed in the item’s description. Please be sure to check the measurements carefully. If you would like additional information or other measurements, please contact me prior to purchase.

All of the items offered are made personally by me. I take great care in making these things and use only fabrics and other supplies of a quality I would be happy to wear myself. I check each item carefully for flaws before offering it to you. However, mistakes can happen and returns for manufacturing defects are cheerfully (and VERY apologetically) accepted within 14 days from date of purchase. Please contact me prior to returning any item so that we may discuss the exact nature of the flaw and how best to resolve the issue (refund, repair, store-credit, etc.)

A WORD ABOUT MEASUREMENTS:
Buying clothing on-line can be tricky. Even more so when our bodies are curvier than average. It’s important to me that you get the best fit possible. Here are some things to keep in mind:
** The sizes listed are approximate. That is why I choose to use 1X, 2X, etc. rather than numeric sizes. Sizing varies so much from pattern to pattern that using numeric sizes is just confusing, in my opinion. Using “X” sizing allows for a larger range of measurements within each size.
**The measurements listed in each item description are the actual GARMENT measurements. Garment measurements take into account actual body measurements, plus wearing ease (I.e. the amount of room to allow for movement.)
**If you are unsure whether a garment will fit you, find something of a similar style in your closet that fits you well and measure it for comparison.
**If in doubt, ASK. I am happy to answer additional questions so you get the best fit for your body type.

A FINAL WORD ABOUT CAT ALLERGIES:
All items are made in my smoke-free home. However, we do share our home with two feline companions. They, like many of their kind, are drawn to my sewing room and the sunny bay window in it. I do my absolute best to keep my fabrics and items pristine. However, if you are very allergic to cats, please let me know. I will be happy to carefully launder your item before shipping at no extra charge.
