I accept Paypal only at this time, please. Payments must be received in 24 hours or the item will be relisted. I will always ship within 2 business days of receipt of cleared payment for finished items. Custom items may take up to 2 weeks for shipment after receipt of payment, measurements, and/or fabric choices. If any issues arise in gathering supplies or hard to find fabric on custom items, the buyer will always be kept informed at every step.

RETURNS

Returns of new, unwashed items are accepted within 10 days of receipt. If item is defective, shipping will also be included in the refund. Please e-mail me if you have any questions or concerns.
