My daughter is slim for her height w/tiny thighs and the trainer fit unstretched....stretched it would fit a wide range of body types!! The soaker has good coverage and absorbancy yet is trim. My daughter is not toilet training yet but she's not a heavy wetter so these work for us as diapers for the moment. They are breathable, don't leave red marks and they are ever so soft!
