Payment is due within 48 hours. I prefer PayPal but can make other arrangements if needed. Please contact me as soon as possible. Items not paid for within 48 hours may be relisted. All in-stock items will be shipped to you within 3 days. Any returns of unused items must be made within 14 days of receipt. Your payment less shipping costs will be refunded after I receive and inspect the returned item. My wish is for you to use and enjoy your new quilt. Although I do not anticipate any defects in workmanship, should one occur, I will gladly fix it within 30 days of purchase. Buyer to pay shipping costs back to me, I’ll cover expenses sending it back to you. I enjoy doing custom orders, either with your own fabric or have me search for one for you. Custom orders of quilts may not be returned. Once your deposit is received, orders may take up to 4 weeks to complete. As my style incorporates the use of so many different fabrics, you pick the color and let me take it from there. If you have a particular fabric that just has to be included, contact me first to determine if it can be used and to work out the design details. Given the nature of quilting, finished dimensions may vary slightly from the stated size. Custom nursing pillow covers may or may not be returned, depending upon the order.
