Shipping: We ship within 1-3 business days for all in stock items. For made to order items please see the listing for info about current turn around time. All packages are shipped through USPS Mail. Tracking numbers will be provided for all packages and through PayPal. We do ship international, and International shipping rates apply. Refunds and Exchanges: We will refund a purchase only if the item is defective and you do not want a replacment item. Refunds will only be made 2 weeks from date of purchase and items must be unused and unwashed. Snaps and elastic are guranteed for life. If either needs to be replaced you can ship them back to me and i will replace the old elastic and resnap with no charge. Buyer pays shipping to and from me. No refunds are given on custom orders.
