Shipping

Items will ship via USPS with delivery confirmation. In stock purchases ship within 3 business days of payment. Custom orders ship within 3 business days of completion.

I love international orders. If you do not see your country listed in my shipping choices please email and I can get a quote and add it for you.

Insurance is up to you. If your order is large please email me to have me get a quote for it. If you do not purchase insurance and something happens to your package I will not be able to replace your entire order.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is very important to me. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return your NEW UNWASHED diaper back at your own cost for shipping within 7 days of you receiving it and I will give you a full refund upon your item arriving back to me. If your diaper has been washed (even just to prep) I will not be able to give you a full refund and you may recieve a partial refund instead.

If there is a flaw or problem with your diaper within 30 days of purchase I will have you ship the diaper to me and I will fix the problem and ship back to you.

Custom Orders

I take on a very limited amount of customs. I quote 3 weeks for creation of custom items because sometimes I can not get to your order immediately. Full payment is required on all customs before creation. Once I finalize your details no changes to your order can occur. Refunds/exchanges are the same as for in stock orders.
