~Payment~
Uberknits currently accepts Paypal (both credit card and funded). Payment must be received within 72 hours or item will be restocked.

~Shipping~
Items are always shipped with delivery confirmation and will go out within 3 days of payment. International orders are welcome, just email me for a shipping quote. Shipping insurance is optional but strongly suggested, as once a package leaves my hands I cannot be responsible for loss/damage by the post office.

~Returns~
Returns are accepted on unwashed/unworn/unused items. Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving item and I will do my best to arrange for an exchange or refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer and refunds will be made within 24 hours of my receipt of the returned item. In the case of yarn, please make sure what you are buying is the correct yardage and gauge for your project as I cannot accept returns on used yarn.

Of course I hope this is never an issue, but if you find a non-yarn item (such as a diaper or knit toy) to be defective, please let me know and I will do my best to fix or replace the item for you.

~Customs~
If you are looking for something that I don’t currently have in stock (an old colorway, your favorite colors, a knit item, etc), please contact me. I am almost always accepting custom orders. For custom slots/orders I require a non refundable security deposit which goes toward the cost of your item. Cost of this deposit depends on what the custom slot is for. 50% of the remaining balance is due before work on the item begins, with the other 50% due before item is shipped. No changes can be made once the work begins on the item. Please allow 2-3 weeks from when I receive your specifications for custom orders to be shipped. Please note that shipping time will vary depending on the size of the item. For custom knit items please measure your child carefully, will guarantee your satisfaction with the fit of the finished item.

Sorry, but I can not accept returns or offer credit for custom orders, except in the case of workmanship defects.
