Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may arrange a return of your item by contacting me within one week of receipt. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase, and return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. Refunds will be made within 24 hours of my receipt of your return.
Diaper/Cover Guarantee: Knowing that not all babies are the same shapes and sizes, you can return your unworn(except for being tried on)/unwashed diapers or diaper covers if you contact me within one week of receipt. Returns must be received with 30 days. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer. Refunds will be made within 24 hours of my receipt of your return.

Shipping and Payment
At this time Fishsticks items are only shipped to U.S. and Canadian addresses. If you are an international customer, and really want to purchase, please contact me and we can try to work something out. Payment is required immediately when purchasing non-auction items from the website and within 5 days after the auction ends through PayPal. Any non-auction purchases not paid within 48 hours and any auction not paid within 5 days will be restocked/relisted. At this time, I only accept PayPal (sorry, no checks or money orders). Paypal is free and easy to use. PayPal orders usually ship within 3 days of receipt, not including weekends/holidays. Custom orders please allow a 2 week turnaround time. I will contact you with details upon purchase.
