Ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom or made to order items will be shipped within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise indicated. We currently only ship within the United States. If you are outside of the United States and would like to order, please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote. Due to the nature of our business, most items are custom made. Refunds will only be given for damaged or defective items. Any damage or defects must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.
