Ordering and return policies unless otherwise discussed: Ordering: -All sizes are approximate. For the best fit, please measure your baby. Directions for measuring can be found in the album "ordering information" on my Facebook page. -if you have questions about sizing, please send me a message. Shipping: -all ready to ship items will be shipped within 3 days of payment. -All custom orders will be shipped in 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise discussed. -all items will be shipped First Class or Priority and will include Tracking. -shipping quotes are for the US only. If you would like an order shipped outside of the US, please message me for a quote. -I will do my very best to ensure that your items are packaged so that they arrive in one piece, however, sometimes, packages are damaged. If you would like, insurance can be added to your order. Returns and refunds: -Unused and unwashed items can be returned within 7 days due to defects or my error. To ensure order accuracy, your items will be measured and you will be sent a picture before they are shipped -All fleece items may be machine washed and dried on medium. -All wool items are hand wash only with mild soap and lanolin.
