Welcome to Plum Papaya! All my handmade items are created in my home which is a smoke free and pet friendly environment. Pets do not have contact with the sewing area. Payment is due at the time of checkout only in the form of PayPal. All orders in the US are shipped using USPS priority mail with tracking information. Canada & International shipping is done first class. If you would like your shipping to be upgraded or insured, please contact me immediately after purchase at plumpapaya.com. An additional invoice will be sent prior to shipment. Custom orders will be delivered in the month or possibly earlier commented at the time of purchase. Please note that special order materials can add to the delivery time of your custom. Once items are finished they ship out the next business day. Refunds and Exchanges - I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem, please contact me immediately so that we can come to a happy conclusion. f you would like your item to be shipped to a different address, please leave a note with the shipping address you would like used.
