Our packages are not insured, as they travel by letter mail. If you wish to purchase insurance on the package please let me know and I would be more than happy to set that up for you, the reason it isn't standard on every order is to attempt to offer the lowest prices possible; so that everyone can afford to cloth diaper their children :) (We've never lost a package in the letter mail system) If you purchase a tester slot, or custom slot, payment needs to be received within 24 hours; or your slot goes to the next customer. Other arrangements can be made if you let me know prior to the end of the 24 hours. Each month we choose a charity to donate 5% of our sales to, if you would like to suggest a charity please private message our Facebook page :)
