Thank you for ordering from my store - you're supporting a full-time student and single WAHM, and for that I am very grateful :) Policies: Returns - noncustom diapers have a one-week return policy (unwashed and unworn), and I will refund the full purchase price :) Custom diapers cannot be returned unless the fault is one of my own (IE bad stitching or something of the like) I pride myself on making good quality items for you and your family. For custom items, my turn-around time is approx. a week up to two weeks. I go to the post office Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. If something happens that I cannot complete your order or it is completed late, I am more than happy to give you a partial/full refund and discounts on future items.
