AllAboutCloth policies Here at AllAboutCloth much care is taken to insure every product is well made with care and checked over thoroughly before sent to the customer. Due to the personal care nature of out products we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. If there is an error with your order please contact us right away so we may rectify it! We at AllAboutCloth offer a 90 day warranty on all items; if a malfunction occurs due to normal wear and tear we will repair the item at no cost to the customer. It is at the discretion of AllAboutCloth if the items malfunctions are due to misuse. If it is deemed that is the case, a repair fee will be charged. All custom order items will be completed and shipping within 14 to 21 business days from the date ordered. If you purchase a ready to ship item and a custom item together, they will be shipped together. If you would like your ready to ship items right away, you must pay for them separately. If you need to cancel an order on a ready to ship item that has not been altered AND before it's ready to ship, for any reason, there is a 20% restocking fee. Due to several claims of damaged packages and missing contents you must purchase insurance on your item/s and pay the additional cost by adding the item "shipping insurance" to your cart or requesting an invoice with the updated amount, before paying for your item/s if you wish to have it covered against loss or damage. I must implement this to keep item and shipping costs reasonable for you. I've done my level best to insure all items are in pristine condition, packaged properly and mailed in a timely manor and can no longer be held responsible for lost/partially lost/damaged items in transit. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash. Cold rinse, Hot wash with diaper safe detergent, cold rinse, extra rinse. Machine Dry low or line dry for longevity. No Bleach, No Fabric softener, No dryer sheets. These are basic care instructions. All Wash routines differ slightly based on water type, location, deposits etc. If you have any questions in regards to special care due to hard/soft water or other questions please, refer to the Care instructions help doc. Any item with a cotton knit or interlock outer material, or FOE (fold over elastic) should be washed and dried inside out, in a mesh (garment) bag to protect the more delicate material from catching on the inside of your machine, and should not be washed with diapers or covers that utilize H&L Velcro as they can snag the fabric. I also recommend removing the insert to prevent any unnecessary strain.
