We want you to have a happy experience with your Preston's Pants. If for some reason there is a flaw or defect in craftmanship, please contact me imediately, and we will make arrangements for you to have it replaced or repaired. Do not send back items if you have not contacted me in advance. Thank you! You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. The item must be unwashed, and unused. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You must contact us prior to returning/exchanging your item. All returns must include a copy of your purchase receipt and please include the reason for your return/exchange.
