Shipping: In stock items will ship within 3 business days. For custom items please allow up to three weeks from time of payment until date of shipment. If you have multiple items or I need to order fabric for you it may take longer. I will do my best to communicate with you so you have an accurate time frame Refunds and Exchanges: All items are handmade and may have slight variations or minor imperfections. I stand behind my work 100% and carefully inspect my items before they are shipped. If any defects in workmanship are found please be sure to take pictures and notify me right away and within 10 days of receipt, BEFORE washing. so we can take care of the issue. I cannot help you if you fail to notify me of such defects within the 10 day time frame. Any attempts to correct the issue on your own will void my warranty to correct the workmanship defect on your new UNWASHED item. Repairs will only be done on issues that affect the use of the item. Due to the nature of the items, I will not issue any refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Everyday wear and tear cannot be replaced or repaired. Incorrect washing or damage caused by washing is not covered in any way. I am not responsible for delaminating PUL. Snaps could be a choking hazard, I am not responsible for misuse of an item leading to an accident. Please be aware that fading is normal for cotton prints.
