payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase unless otherwise arranged in advance with me. i reserve the right to restock any items that have not been paid for within 24 hours. i typically send an email after 12-18 hours has elapsed to remind the buyer of the approaching deadline, but this is not always possible. please be considerate and contact me in a timely manner if you did not intend to buy an item or need to work out other payment arrangements.

instock items typically ship within 1-3 business days after payment. i will be in touch within 24 hours about custom items to begin discussions about your item(s). full payment will be required before i begin your custom. timeline for completion of custom varies based on the item(s) in question and my current workload -- this will also be discussed as we are working out the details.
