Store Policies THANK YOU for choosing Tara-Belle Creations!! Please take a moment to read my store policies listed below. Should anything be unclear, please feel free to contact me. By purchasing any creation from my store, you are agreeing to these policies. Thank you again, and happy shopping! Tara Shipping: All creations are shipped from Canada and through Canada Post. All shipping prices quoted are for Canada and the US, if you are “more international”, then you will receive an additional Paypal invoice for the remaining actual shipping costs. If you would prefer another shipping method, please contact me after paying with the details, I will then invoice you for the additional shipping charges, these must be paid prior to your creation being shipped. All packages will be shipped to your Paypal address, please (please) ensure your desired address is showing on Paypal when sending payment. Your creation will ship within 3 days of Paypal clearing. ***I do not ship Saturdays or Sundays*** Returns & Warranties: All creations are eligible for return within TEN days of receipt. All items must be returned in unopened, unused, unwashed condition. A refund of the purchase price (less shipping) will be made upon my receipt and inspection of the creation. I offer a 30 day warranty against normal and reasonable use defect. I cannot warranty the fabrics used in my creations. Normal wear & tear includes (but is not limited to); thinning of the fabric, fading of colours, staining, pilling etc. If you have a concern regarding the construction of your creation, then please contact me through Hyenacart, Facebook or email (I’m easy to find). We can work together to come to an agreeable resolution. Auctions and custom orders are not eligible for return. Customs: Custom creations will be listed as “space” becomes available for that particular product. I will contact you shortly after you purchase your slot and direct you to the appropriate albums to select your fabric and notions. Most custom orders will ship within 2-4 weeks, however, wait times will be clearly listed on EACH custom listing. If you choose to SYOF (send your own fabric), or I am required to special order fabric for your custom order, completion times will be modified according to the delivery of your fabric. Warnings: I do wash most fabrics ONCE prior to creating with them. However, natural fabrics do tend to shrink, and some fabrics do not reach their optimal absorbency for 6-8 washes. I am a Work At Home Mom; but I am a Mom and wife first and foremost. If for any reason my family responsibilities interfere with my expected service levels, I will let YOU my customers know first.
