I ship things USPS within 72 hours of recieving payment. If you need to make a return, or have any problems, I ask that you contact me within 3 days of recieving your diaper. I can't accept back used diapers for health reasons, so please be sure to look your diaper over before they are used. I am a small business, everything is made by hand by me alone. For this reason, there may be variations from item to item. They are part of the character and fun of buying homemade and are not considered defects in the same way as something that was commercially made. I use the diapers and other items I make for my own children, and I do stand behind my items and trust that they will function for you. I would never sell anything I wouldn't be happy to purchase myself. Also know that every child is different, and when you try out cloth diapers you will find that not every type will work for every child.
